Proof of Income: Documentation of all income received by household members 18 years of age or older
Proof of Residency: Proof of legal residency
Other Documents: Proof of property ownership.
The City administers a Minor/Emergency Repair Program that performs certain limited repairs of approximately $5,000 - $7,000 on single family, owner-occupied homes of qualified low-moderate income applicants.
This program provides:
- Help pay for maintenance and repairs
Home repairs may include:
- Roofs
- Sewer lines
- Gas lines
- Waterlines
- Water heaters
- Electrical systems
- Limited repairs to heating and cooling systems
- Limited handicapped accessibility
To begin the application process you may call or come by our office in Room 300 Memorial Auditorium, 1300 7th Street. During this initial visit we will discuss your repair needs, gather basic application information, and explain how the program works.
